FAQ

How much experience do you have with dogs?

When I was around nine my parents decided to raise German Shorthairs. We had a large pen in the back yard (10'x20') where the puppies stayed until sold. It was my job to feed, water and clean up after them. Naturally they had plenty of love and play time with a nine year old boy taking care of them. It didn't take long for me to have names for all 10 to 14 pups, (deprnding upon litter size) My mom and dad could see my heart break and tears in my eyes each time one of MY puppies was sold. They thought that I would get better with time and that I wouldn't get so attached to each and every pup. They only sold three litters of puppies until my mom said enough. She didn't want her son walking around depressed because another puppy got sold. We always had at least one dog in the house as I was growing up and I have continued to have at least one dog, most of the time two in my home since I left home. I can't begin to tell you all the love, support and protection these loyal family members have brought to me and my familiy, Not to mention the endless knowledge that they have passed onto me about the canine world.
